Account deletion
You can request account deletion from the in-app menu. You may also email support from the account email address and request deletion.
Contest or score issue
Send the contest date, your screen name, approximate score time, and what happened. Scores and payouts may be reviewed for fraud, technical issues, and rule eligibility.
Prize or payout question
Eligible rewards may be sent through Tremendous after contest validation, eligibility review, and fraud review. Watch the email address on your account for reward delivery.
